12 1/4 Inch 6 Blades High Quality Drill Bits Tricone Drill Bit
1. The crown face of the drill bit is a short casting face, suitable for the formation of hard and neutral abrasives.
2. The taper surface is shallow, so the drill has good orientation, strong cleaning power and strong aggressiveness.
3. The PDC tool angle is 18-25°, which enables the drill to have higher machinability.
4. There are double rows of PDC cutters embedded in the shoulder of the drill bit, which can be drilled and ground at the same time, which complement each other. They take on the cutting tasks separately so that the bit can drill holes at relatively high speeds.
5. The wider ranging surface is adopted to increase the stability of the drill bit for better well construction. The gauge surface is embedded/inlaid with double-row PDC cutter gauge teeth to enhance wear resistance.
