6 1/2 Inch 4 Blades Water Well Diamond Drill Bit Rock Drilling Bit
Characteristics:
1. The drill crown is a medium cast surface, suitable for generally hard to hard and highly abrasive formations.
2. The taper surface is shallow, so the drill has good orientation, good cleaning effect and strong aggressiveness.
3. Double-row PDC cutters are embedded in the shoulder of the drill bit, which can work at the same time to protect the front teeth. At the same time, they can complement each other as well. This design can increase the drilling speed and enhance the wear resistance of the drill bit.
4. The PDC tool angle is 18-25°, which enables the drill to have higher cutting performance.
5. The gauge surface is embedded/inlaid with a single row of PDC cutter teeth to enhance wear resistance.
6. The exposed PDC tool is welded at the bottom of the gauge face to prevent the tripping bit from being stuck.
